    Seriously. I also sometimes will just do some squats (without weights) to get the whole body involved. The only thing that I worry about is looking silly if somewhere were to walk by. Haha maybe too vain of me, but the thoughts cross my mind nonetheless.

    Oh man, this is my downfall. I could crush a walnut between my pecs my shoulders are hunched so far forward.

    Its okay to look silly. Just got to have it happen that first time where the manager asks you what you are doing and then it doesn't bother you as much...haha.
