  • Well that's just colorful and delicious looking. How was it?
  • It was super yummy. The beef was thinly sliced and very fresh, and the fish cakes were very fresh as well from our local Nijiya Marketplace. The triangle fish cakes in the picture were fish cake + tofu all in one, which was something new and something I hope to eat more of. We had two sauces, a soysauce / vingear sauce which I prefer and a sesame sauce which Jenn prefers.

  • oh yea, i was going to ask how it was too...i guess i am wondering more about the pot? are you going to try to use it as a dutch oven too?
  • Yep we want to try it out as a dutch oven as well. I'll try and get back to you on that.
