    I will read the book, in time, I promise, but I'd be curious (purely selflessly for those who won't read it) to see some examples Crouch states in citing these principles. Not that I think he is wrong (I'm undecided - I think it sounds good in theory), but it is a very sweeping claim and counter-intuitive to many, so I'd be curious what evidence he is using.

    Yes, please go read the book I gave you! Then you can post the examples on your blog...haha. I prefer to keep my quotes to entice my readers to read the source of my posts :)
